Tuition Rates for the 2017-2018 School Year

Parishioner Tuition Rates
One Child $3,710 plus $150 non-refundable registration fee
Two Children $7,205 plus $300 non-refundable registration fee
Three Children $10,365 plus $450 non-refundable registration fee
Four Children $13,520 plus $600 non-refundable registration fee
Full-Day Kindergarten $3,890 plus $150 non-refundable registration fee
Half-Day Kindergarten $2,800 plus $150 non-refundable registration fee

Non-Parishioner Tuition Rates (includes technology fee, etc.)
One Child $5,225 plus $150 non-refundable registration fee
Full-Day Kindergarten $5,225 plus $150 non-refundable registration fee
Half-Day Kindergarten $3,640 plus $150 non-refundable registration fee
* includes student planners, some school supplies, and technology fee.

ALL TUITION IS COLLECTED BY ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER. 


Financial Assistance

All students who attend St. Michael Parish School receive one or more levels of financial assistance from the parish. The cost to educate a child exceeds all tuition rates, regardless of level. Thus, currently, no family pays the full cost of educating a child at St. Michael Parish School. The three levels of parish assistance to school families are:

  1. Assistance to all school families (parishioner and non-parishioner).
  2. Assistance to parishioner families (which also includes the assistance described in #1 above, as well as additional assistance for families with more than one child).

Eligibility requirements for parishioner assistance include:

  • attending Mass weekly on the Lord’s Day at St. Michael Church
  • including the weekly parish stewardship envelope (with or without a contribution), or a printed receipt from our online donation system in the collection basket
  • volunteering in parish/school activities.
  1. Additional, needs-based assistance to parishioner families.

Completion and submission of financial aid application form in specified time is necessary for consideration for this level of assistance. Decisions by parish administration for such additional assistance are determined based upon but not limited to the following stipulations:

  • reported recommendations from FACTS Tuition Management Service
  • level of parish involvement, including Mass attendance, as demonstrated by the donation of the weekly parish stewardship envelope (with or without a contribution)
  • special, extenuating circumstances causing family hardship

  • amount of parish resources available.

    The tuition of participating members of the parish is adjusted for the number of children in the family. All students in grades K-8 pay a non-refundable registration fee of $150 per child in addition to the tuition.
